Lombard, IL - On the heels of a global rebrand, Visionix USA, formerly Luneau Technology USA and Optovue Inc., is excited to announce a new and expanded center of operations in Lombard, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
Visionix USA’s new address will be: 160 Eisenhower Lane, North Lombard, IL, USA, 60148.
The Lombard headquarters will act as home to sales and service operations, supporting Optovue, Visionix, Briot and Weco brands. The company will maintain the Fremont, California hub for global Research and Development for the Optovue OCT product line and the Canadian sales and service office in Ontario, Canada.
Organization transformation in North America
As of today, the company’s North American organization has successfully combined systems, teams, and processes, and operates as one sales and service organization to support multiple product lines: Optovue OCT/OCTA, Visionix screening and refraction devices, and Briot/Weco finishing systems.
The new office will house a state-of-the-art demo room for live virtual demos and ROI consultations. In addition, the expanded tech support and warehouse areas will serve as the logistical hub for North America. This investment demonstrates Visionix’s commitment to innovation, customer support and service. According to Dan McNulty, Visionix President for North America, “Our goal has been and will always be to improve access to forward-thinking technology that transforms the patient experience. This year, we more than doubled our team of sales, service and Clinical Application Specialists to consult with ECPs throughout the buying process and beyond.”
